Bringing my travels to a close for this week was a visit to Bridge of Allan & Dunblane on Wednesday evening 24th July. I was greeted warmly by President Allan MacPherson and the members. Once again my address was well received and seemed to get the minds working. The club are outstanding at fund raising and have raised huge amounts of money from their annual AM-AM Golf Competition a whopping £14,000 from their last one. The club are very attuned to the need of the local community and are planning many high profile activities this year. Their commitment to International projects is also very evident. A fun club, who are very much up for a challenge. I am looking forward to working with them this year.
